本次活動主要參加對象為已完成登記大三出國學校的學生，由輔導老師解說入學申請的程序與所需的文件，以及取得入學許可後需進行的流程。現場安排說明出國期間需完成的活動，以及與系上配合的輔導。此外，亦說明可能藉由大三出國，進一步延伸的進修方案，讓有意願參加的同學，能盡早準備爭取。本次活動歡迎尚未登記出國的同學參加，預先了解未來需要準備的項目，作為選擇學校的參考。除了統一說明，亦安排問答時間，針對個別問題討論。

The main participants of this event are students who have completed registration for studying abroad in their junior year. The event will feature guidance counselors explaining the admission application process and the required documents, as well as the procedures that need to be followed after obtaining admission permission. The event will also cover activities that need to be completed during the study abroad period and counseling in coordination with the department. In addition, the event will introduce further study programs that can be pursued as an extension of the junior year abroad, allowing interested students to prepare and apply as early as possible. This event welcomes students who have not yet registered for studying abroad to participate and gain an understanding of what needs to be prepared for future reference in choosing a school. In addition to a general briefing, there will also be a Q&A session to discuss individual questions.
