這堂工作坊,旨在幫助學生以創意且有目標的方式思考未來的夢想職涯,並開始規劃如何透過目前的學習,邁向那個目標。透過引導式的想像練習、自我反思、以及具體可行的規劃活動,學生將探索自己理想中的工作樣貌,並開始描繪個人化的學習藍圖。
課程一開始,我們會進行一個輕鬆有趣的暖身活動,引導學生回想自己小時候的夢想工作。接著,老師會帶領學生進行一段未來職涯想像引導:請他們閉上眼睛,想像十年後的自己,正從事理想的工作。學生將寫下這個畫面——他們在哪裡、做什麼、與誰一起工作,以及這份工作的意義和成就感。
接下來,學生將完成「未來履歷表」的活動,嘗試撰寫一份屬於未來自己的履歷(CV),思考若要達到夢想職涯,必須具備哪些學歷、經驗與能力。
然後,我們將進行「學習藍圖規劃表」練習,學生會依照短期、中期與長期三個階段,列出他們可以採取的具體行動,如選修課程、實習機會、自主專案、技能訓練或語言學習等。
課程最後,學生將兩兩或小組分享他們的夢想與計畫,彼此交流與鼓勵。在結尾,我們會請每位學生寫下「本週可執行的一個小步驟」,作為開始邁向夢想的起點。
This workshop is designed to help students take a creative and intentional look at their future careers and how their current studies can support those goals. Through guided reflection, visualization, and practical planning activities, students will explore what their “dream job” might look like—and begin mapping a personalized path to get there.
We begin the session with a light-hearted icebreaker to warm up the group and encourage students to start thinking about their early career dreams. Then, students are led through a visualization exercise, imagining their lives 10 years into the future and waking up in the career of their dreams. This is followed by a short journaling session where they describe their future work life in rich detail—what they’re doing, where they are, who they’re working with, and why it’s meaningful to them.
Building on this vision, students then move on to the “Future CV” activity, where they draft a fictional but realistic résumé as if they already had their dream job. This step challenges them to think about the skills, experiences, and education they need to accumulate to get there.
Next, students complete a Study Roadmap Worksheet—a personalized plan that outlines what they can do in the short, medium, and long term to build toward that dream job. This includes academic choices, internships, personal projects, skills to develop, and any certifications or experiences they want to pursue.
In the final segment of the class, students share their ideas in pairs or small groups, offering encouragement and feedback to one another. The session ends with a short reflection where each student identifies one specific action they will take in the coming weeks to begin moving toward their career goal.
